2. Excel reporting on IBM ClearQuest data

A major engineering company located in Toronto, Canada needed an automated KPI reporting  system (KPI stands for "Key Production Indicators") .

The issue was that most of the data resided their enterprise level workflow automation tool , IBM ClearQuest.

Also, they needed reporting on IBM Doors (system design tool) and financial reports on Oracle Primavera data.

So far, all their reporting has been manual.

An Excel macro has been designed that uses a web client to extract defect tracking data from ClearQuest. Then the data is automatically imported into Excel and charted.
